Nick was friendly, approachable, and willing to take on board our preferences with a quick turnaround between the initial discussions and delivering the drawing and planting scheme. As the design process developed, he made us feel that we could deliver the project ourselves and gave us the confidence to do so. He was accessible for advice and guidance which meant that when our confidence did occasionally wobble we could rely on his support.
